Experience coaching endurance sports

I have been self-coached and am a member of the BTC Elite triathlon team. I have competed in two Ironman distance triathlons, consistently finish in the top 10% of my age group, and have stood on the podium in my age group many times.

Most of my experience coaching others has helped them achieve their goal in competing in their first endurance race.

Great, fun coach. Created weekly and monthly schedules to help me achieve my triathlon goals. Long and short workouts, interval training, warm-ups, cool-downs, as well as stretch exercises. Highly recommended!
